Oh What a journey to make this album. I had to postpone this recording due to Covid 19. Throughout the process, I encountered numerous challenges and almost gave up on the project. However, I finally completed it! I am particularly fond of the songs with deep meanings and strong messages. These songs mean a lot to me.
Caxangá
When I decided to record this song I felt it needed a strong guitar introduction
and back up vocals. Romero crafted an excellent introduction, and Vanessa's commanding voice truly enhanced the song. I am proud of the outcome of this track.

Seduzir
I adore the lyrics of "Seduzir," especially the opening lines—they possess profound depth. I aim for my audience to truly hear and connect with the lyrics. We opted for a simple arrangement, creating a Bossa Ballad. I hope it resonates with listeners.

You And The Night And The Music
The lyrics of this song are passionately evocative. We infused Brazilian rhythm Baião into this jazz standard, and it blended seamlessly. I envisioned a stellar saxophone solo for this track, and I am thrilled that Steve Wilson performed on it. Edward delivered a superb bass introduction, while the alto saxophone added a touch of color to the bass and vocal duet in the first section. The band's dynamic performance reached its peak during the alto sax solo, and Steve's passionate playing truly elevated the piece.
